Update on the Preliminary Hearing on 8 November 2021, 11:00 – 4:00

Further to the publication of the Notice of Preliminary Hearing on 12 October 2021. The Inquiry can now confirm the location for the Hearing which will be held at the International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) 1 Paternoster Lane, St. Paul’s, London, EC4M 7BQ (please click here for location details).

A live stream of the Hearing will be available to the public with a three-minute delay on the Inquiry’s YouTube channel. After the Hearing, a recording of the proceedings and the transcript will be available on the Inquiry’s Public Hearings page.

In light of reduced capacity with a view to maintaining social distancing wherever possible, the Inquiry is able to offer limited spaces for in-person attendance. Interested individuals will need to complete the registration form to express their interest in attending. If the number of applications exceeds capacity, the Inquiry will endeavour to ensure the number of places available allows for a broad cross-section of persons to attend. The registration page will close at 12:00pm on 29 October 2021 and interested individuals will be notified of their attendance in the week commencing 01 November 2021.
