Stories of human impact from the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry

In a video published today, the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry has shared testimony it received from sub-postmasters and others impacted by the scandal.

Between February and May 2022, Sir Wyn heard evidence from people affected by the Post Office scandal on how it had impacted their lives. In this Human Impact Phase, the Inquiry held hearings in London, Cardiff, Leeds, Glasgow and Belfast.  

Through oral evidence, witness statements, and focus groups, the Inquiry heard from 189 people. Some provided evidence anonymously, and others had their evidence provided by a family member on their behalf.
